Injector Removal Kit – Kia & Hyundai Diesel Engines

This Kia / Hyundai Injector Remover Kit is designed for the safe and efficient removal of seized diesel injectors without removing the cylinder head, significantly reducing labour time and risk of engine damage.

The robust puller frame supports the puller or removal ram above the rocker cover and other vulnerable engine components, ensuring controlled and secure extraction. Individual mounting points with different-sized adapters and support feet help eliminate damage to surrounding areas.

The kit can be operated manually using the ball bearing supported puller, or in combination with a compact 18-ton hydraulic ram (ram not included), offering flexibility for both light and heavily seized injectors.

Injectors can often be removed completely undamaged using the clamp-around puller. Alternatively, the internal pulling adapter can be screwed directly into the injector for secure extraction.
