Ideal for drilling in extremely hard or abrasive materials. Best
used for drilling into light gauge metal, high carbon steel,
aluminum and ally steel, cast iron, and stainless steel.
Cobalt provides extended drilling life in very hard, abrasive and difficult to machine materials.
Corrosion and wear resistant, these drills last much longer than normal HSS drill.
Split point makes center punching unnecessary and avoids skidding.
Flute precision ground from M35 high speed steel bars with 5% cobalt.
