Fork seals should be replaced at the first sign of oil appearing on the stanchion tubes, visible when the forks travel.
If the leak is allowed to continue the oil will run down the back of the fork leg, straight onto the brake calipers.
Eventually the fork will run out of oil, seizing the bushing surfaces that allow the fork halves to slide, thereby locking up the front end.
- Adjustable between 39 – 47mm
- No need to wrap seal in tape
- To assist the insertion of a new fork seal into a motorcycle fork.
- Stop damage to new fork seals
