A Saltus wrench looks like a cross between a normal combination wrench and a breaker bar with a socket. Instead of a normal “box end”, the end of the wrench resembles a socket, which can be rotated to an angle.
Compared to a ratchet with a socket, a Saltus wrench can sometimes be a better choice when working in tight areas, due to its lower profile.
A Saltus wrench features a socket permanently affixed to a handle. Sockets are not interchangeable as with a socket wrench. The socket often rotates around the handle to allow the user to access a fastener from a variety of angles.
Hinged socket wrench with friction-spring pivoting head to allow presetting of the sockets at the desired angle. Sturdy and durable, chrome finish. Provides extra grip and mechanical force
With an open-end type head on the opposite side from the socket head for multi-purpose usage.
Forged from Chrome vanadium, hardened and tempered with fully polished.
