Designed for all ear-type clamps

The arms have 1/2 in. dr holes for added torque when used with a breaker bar or ratchet.  

Installs Oetiker-type clamps used on many CV joint boots.

Also suitable for installation of certain clamps on fuel filters, water pumps and other cooling system hoses.
