Mount the 9" woodworking Vice to the face of your bench and get a sure grip on your furniture, cabinetry and other woodworking and assembly projects.
To maximize grip and prevent surface damage, the jaw travel is guided by twin steel rails to evenly distribute contact between the jaw and work piece.
Vice jaws equipped with a "TOE-IN" feature. When fully closed, the jaws meet only at the top to provide even clamping on the whole depth of the work piece.
Ductile iron castings with blue enamel finish are equipped with a solid steel dog in the front jaw. When used in conjunction with a bench stop, allows oversize work to be held securely on the bench top. Machined, toed-in jaws and solid steel guide-bars provide a solid grip, while steel no-pinch handle provide adequate clamping pressure. The front and back jaws are pre-drilled to allow for optional wood facings.
